Job Title: Director of Investor Relations

At Wise, we're building a global technology company that's changing the way people move and manage money. We're looking for a talented Director of Investor Relations to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of investor relations and capital markets. As Director of Investor Relations, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive investor engagement strategy that showcases Wise's unique value proposition and drives investor confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic investor engagement plan that aligns with Wise's business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate Wise's story and value proposition to investors and other stakeholders through various channels
  • Provide financial modeling and analysis support to the Finance team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement investor-focused initiatives
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date investor data and analytics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in investor relations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
