Avon Search & Selection is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead a team of nursing staff in a fantastic Care Service. As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an excellent standard of care, promoting independence and dignity, and enhancing the lives of individuals in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Valid UK NMC PIN Number
- Experience working in Nursing Homes
- Strong leadership and management qualities
- Dynamic and flexible approach to the role
