Volunteer Services Project Manager

C2 Charity Recruitment - Non-Profit Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Volunteer Services Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing a comprehensive volunteering strategy that supports the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the design and improvement of a comprehensive hospice volunteering service.
  • Manage a team to proactively develop the recruitment and retention of hospice volunteers.
  • Develop a strategic attraction and onboarding approach, including an annual advertising calendar and promotion of Hospice volunteering at promotional events.
  • Implement plans that place Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the heart of volunteering.
  • Create and update policies, procedures, and guidelines as required, with reference to the volunteer workforce.

Requirements:

  • Post graduate qualification or equivalent level of experience in Volunteer Management, HR Management, or OD.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development in project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
