We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at El Pastor, a small group of Mexican taquerias in London. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards and sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality bar or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of our drink menus, ingredients, and allergens.
  • Positive and welcoming personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
