Job Title: Learning Facilitator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Facilitator to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of study skills for students with identified Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of study skills for students with identified Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain resources to support the needs of students with identified Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities.
  • Maintain relevant documentation in line with College requirements.

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 (A level or equivalent) qualification.
  • Hold GCSE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent.
  • Have experience of providing support to individuals in an educational or care setting.
  • Have experience of working with students with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
  • Have recent experience of administrative work in an office environment.
  • Have experience of working with students across a wide age and ability range, and within a variety of vocational contexts.
  • Have experience of working effectively with people/clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Be able to keep and maintain accurate records.
  • Have good organisation skills to meet deadlines working on own initiative.
