**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Install, replace, and repair mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and water treatment systems.
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform emergency repairs and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hold a recognized trade certification, such as City & Guilds Level 2 and 3.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
