Your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in managing and delivering safe and efficient work operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and faulting techniques.
  • A clear vision and the ability to inspire your team.
  • Relevant Safety Critical Competencies, including COSS, CRP, and PC.

Desirable Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • Progress towards an NVQ level 2 or 3 in a relevant field.
  • The ability to operate vehicles as required, including those up to 7.5t.
  • Safety Critical Competencies in Strapping, NSCD (Ops), and Engineering Supervision.
  • Experience with SMTH (Signalling Maintenance Testing) and progress towards an IRSE licence.
