About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team at The Lowry. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our theatres and technical departments, ensuring that all productions and events run smoothly and to schedule.

You will work closely with our Head of Technical Services and other Technical Managers to ensure that all technical requirements are met, and that our theatres are equipped with the latest technology and equipment.

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all technical aspects of our productions and events are of the highest standard.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager who has a strong background in sound bias and technical operations. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical services.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including artists, producers, and technical staff.

You will also have a strong understanding of theatre principles and processes, and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure that all technical aspects of our productions and events are of the highest standard.
