Senior Commercial Underwriter

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Underwriter to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our mid-market and mid-corporate risk department, you will utilize your industry knowledge and technical underwriting experience to provide a best-in-class service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Underwrite new business profitably, adhering to established underwriting controls and practices.
* Serve as a referral point within the branch for new business and renewals.
* Work closely with trading underwriters to negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing that set the organization apart in order to meet client needs.
* Cultivate a strong pipeline of growth opportunities by leveraging relationships with clients and brokers.

**Requirements**

* Commercial Insurance underwriting experience within an Insurer environment, with a specialty within Casualty and Property.
* Experience working on new business with an ability to consistently hit targets.
* Ability to build strong relationships with brokers.
* Individual with a name in the Manchester Underwriting market.
