Head of People and Culture

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our People and Culture division, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformational projects and programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape organizational culture
