Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at BRITWIND LIMITED. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing and/or IT environment
- Excellent IT skills, especially advanced Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including competence in on-site dynamic risk assessment
- Experience of working with regulatory bodies, local planning authorities, and/or local government
- Financial modeling skills
- Familiarity with Business Central/Microsoft Dynamics
- UK driver's license
