Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Learning and Development to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our learning and development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead a team of learning professionals to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees
