Overview:
Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager seeking a role within a prominent industrial organization that values your expertise and allows you to establish your own maintenance protocols? Role Summary:
In this diverse position, you will lead a team of 14 engineers in an industrial setting, ensuring optimal plant performance through the enhancement of maintenance strategies.

This role is ideal for a Maintenance Manager with a background in heavy industry who is looking for a stable environment that encourages personal initiative and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing the Maintenance team in both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
  • Creating and refining effective maintenance schedules
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor
  • Background in an industrial or plant environment
  • Relevant engineering qualification
