We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.

As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing individual patient needs, and developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care in accordance with agreed policies and professional guidelines.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, assessing individual patient needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care.
  • Transfer patients from wards to the discharge lounge in a timely manner to optimize capacity and flow.
  • Take charge of the ward for a span of duty, working under the supervision of senior staff.
