Become an essential project leader by crafting customer proposals across a variety of initiatives as we embark on our journey of continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume strategic project accountability and manage resources to generate value for our group transport division and clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Analyze and interpret data to devise robust, tailored operational solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to formulate project plans for business implementation and change management efforts.
  • Manage budgets and recover resources assigned to projects.
  • Facilitate project plan execution by taking ownership of tasks and coordinating activities.
  • Assist in due diligence processes by collaborating with stakeholders to understand capture processes and timelines.
  • Develop risk management strategies to mitigate business and project risks.
  • Ensure that operational deliverables are achieved within the constraints of time, cost, and quality.
  • Create and support customer presentations, along with data collection to aid in shaping customer proposals.
  • Design and manage training and procurement requirements for new operations.
  • Establish standardized methodologies to ensure best practices in project and operational management for both new and existing business, supporting operations through systems and training.

This is a hybrid role that requires travel.

What will you contribute to our team?

  • Diverse experience in the transport sector, with knowledge of both closed and open book activities (Transport CPC National and International preferred).
  • A strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional business considerations and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability in numerical and analytical methodologies, demonstrating risk elimination within project environments.
  • A high level of motivation and energy, coupled with a strong commitment to achieving success.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing key priorities.
  • Experience in budget planning and control of financial resources.
  • Prior experience with planning software such as Paragon or similar systems is preferred.
  • Experience and/or qualifications in Project Management or Continuous Improvement are preferred.
