Key Responsibilities- Quality Representation: Ensure that Quality is represented at all stages of programme, project, trial or production, identifying areas of continuous improvement to promote and enhance Quality capability.
- Process Control: Control of inspection/calibration/reporting and processes, to ensure Quality delivery is maintained.
- Inspection Coordination: Co-ordination of Inspection activities.
- Quality Techniques: Application of SPC, FMEA, APQP and similar quality techniques.
- Configuration Management: Good understanding of configuration and change management techniques.
- Inspection Techniques: Experience and understanding of First Principles and CMM Inspection techniques.
- Influencing and Engagement: Influencing and engaging with management.
- Process Development: Ability to develop, implement and maintain management systems, processes, procedures, and other supporting documentation.
- Auditing: Auditing from definition/scheduling through to implementation, reporting and close out.
- Quality Resource Estimation: Providing quality resource estimates and budgets.
- Quality Tools and Techniques: Experience and understanding of practical and theoretical quality tools and techniques.
