Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of our services, supporting our staff team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the individuals we support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of the people we support
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and support services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care and support services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Care Wales within 6 months of starting the role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, individuals, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts
