Construction Solicitor Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our in-house legal team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of non-contentious construction law matters from a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate contractual documentation with clients, sub-contractors, and consultants relating to construction law, including collateral warranties, framework agreements, and joint venture agreements.
  • Provide legal advice across the business on construction matters, working closely with external solicitors as needed.
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the business, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle complex construction law cases.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction law, with a strong understanding of contractual documentation and legal advice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to attend the office three days a week, with the option to work remotely as needed.
