Job Title: Technical Compliance Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Compliance Manager to join our team at myfm - Flexible Management Services. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to monitor and improve site compliance.
  • Lead the Quality and Compliance forum from a technical perspective, working closely with our client and FM colleagues.
  • Identify and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Establish risk management and mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and communicate FM contract deliverables to our client and stakeholders.
  • Support the introduction of a comprehensive maintenance program and asset lifecycle planning.
  • Provide monthly performance reporting and analysis to our client and FM team.
  • Ensure statutory compliance monitoring, awareness, and forward planning.
  • Support the Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) compliance and training function.
  • Manage asset identification, verification, and tagging.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve compliance and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Technical FM Manager role, with a strong background in compliance management.
  • Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are essential.
  • Experience in compliance management in regulated environments is preferred.
  • M&E knowledge and associated qualifications are desirable.
  • Quality (ISO) and audit experience are essential.
  • Senior client and supply chain management experience is preferred.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £52,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A permanent position with an initial 3-6 month probation period review.
