About the Position:

The Project Management Office (PMO) Lead is a key member of the M&G Wealth Change team. In this capacity, you will assist in advancing the M&G Wealth Change Agenda and Portfolios by working closely with Change Leads, project managers, and the central Transformation Office to oversee and manage a control and reporting framework while ensuring robust programme governance and oversight.

As a PMO Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating project success and aiding Wealth in reaching its strategic goals.
  • Engaging in effective stakeholder communication and fostering strong relationships through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Centralizing reporting and delivering it to stakeholders for informed and timely decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with the project governance framework and quality assurance of governance activities.
  • Playing a vital role in both the Value Stream and PMO.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support, monitor, and report on Value Stream delivery and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with M&G Change Standards and produce high-quality project documentation.
  • Facilitate governance meetings such as Steering Committees and Working Groups.
  • Provide commercial support for programmes/projects, including contractual agreements, approvals, and financial reporting.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in monitoring and reporting within a project environment.
  • Experience in delivering project lifecycles and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with project governance, documentation, JIRA / Confluence, Microsoft tools, PPM tools, risk management, and project planning processes.
