About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our expanding team at Brandon James. As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our projects and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of building surveying projects, including party wall, dilapidations, PPM, employers agent, schedules of condition, and TDD.
  • Work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including office, education, sport, and residential.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Person Specification
  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree with 2+ years' experience in Building Surveying.
  • Consultancy or private practice background.
  • Started APC diary.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and dedicated to APC progression.
