Nursery Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children, staff, and visitors.
- Manage the nursery's budget, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve nursery operations and services.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in a full-daycare nursery setting.
- Proven track record of managing a nursery setting and leading a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Qualifications in early years education and care, such as a Level 3 or above.
