About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Referral and Assessment Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking Child and Family assessments to determine the best way to meet the needs of children in the Borough.

Our Referral and Assessment Teams receive all new referrals from the Bromley MASH and work closely with other agencies to ensure that children and young people receive the support they need. We are committed to making children and young people our top priority and are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering high-quality social care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake Child and Family assessments to determine the best way to meet the needs of children in the Borough
  • Work closely with other agencies to ensure that children and young people receive the support they need
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families
  • Provide high-quality supervision and support to social workers
  • Contribute to the development of the Referral and Assessment Service
