We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Administrator to support our commercial department at Macro. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations, commercial, and finance departments with reporting and administrative tasks related to service contracts to meet contract service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Update financial systems and reports on behalf of the Operations and Finance team.
- Support the reporting of client KPIs and Management Information.
- Raise, amend, and receipt purchase orders within financial systems.
- Administer contracts.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering a similar role, ideally within a facilities function.
- Proven computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft 365 applications to a high standard (e.g., Excel PivotTables, lookups, etc.).
- Ability to analyze, compile, and present information to a high degree of accuracy.
