Job Overview:
In the role of Internal Sales Representative, you will be tasked with managing and cultivating relationships with our clients, delivering exceptional service and support. Your contributions will be vital in driving sales and supporting the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage customer accounts and foster strong relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide clients with product information and support
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business objectives
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in a similar office environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
