About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and skilled Childhood Education Specialist to become part of a dynamic educational institution.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering the growth and well-being of young learners in the early years foundation stage (EYFS).
Child Development:
Facilitate the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children in the early years environment.
Activity Planning:
Design and execute a range of engaging and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 3-5 years.
Provide individualized and group support to children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring that each child's unique requirements are addressed.
Classroom Management:
Establish and uphold a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning atmosphere where all children feel valued and supported.
Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the EYFS team and other educational staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Maintain precise records of children's progress and development in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Safeguarding:
Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the educational setting.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in early years education or childcare (Level 3 or equivalent is essential).
Experience:
Prior experience working with young children in an early years or primary school context is essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and supporting their development.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
DBS Check:
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
