Position: Telephone Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service across all sales functions with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications in English and Maths at GCSE or A-Level
  • A proactive and diligent approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience in sales within the Renewables or Electrical Wholesale sector is essential
  • Dynamic personality with a good sense of humor and a drive for success
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and supplier representatives
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating high levels of motivation and organization
  • Attention to detail and pride in work

Essential Duties:

  • Efficiently handle all customer inquiries, quotes, and orders following company protocols
  • Place orders with suppliers ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet company standards and manage paperwork efficiently
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Engage in meetings with Sales, Management, and Customers as required
  • Contribute to the development and execution of proactive sales strategies
  • Foster effective communication with all team members
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability in identified areas
  • Adhere to business systems and procedures
  • Deliver results efficiently and cost-effectively
