We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our primary team at a thriving school in Lambeth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a programme of support to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEMH.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
- Observe and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Promote positive behaviours and attitudes among pupils.
- Provide feedback to pupils on their progress and achievement.
- Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience working with pupils with SEMH.
- Knowledge: Understanding of supporting SEN pupils.
