About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Recovery Worker to join our team at HMP Millsike, a brand new Category B men's prison. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recovery programs to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patients' physical and mental health needs
• Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality care and service delivery

• Competitive salary range of £26,775 - £30,660 per annum, depending on experience
