Your Role: As a key member of a prominent Social Housing organization in South Yorkshire, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to conduct thorough inspections of residential properties. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing issues and providing evidence-based recommendations to uphold the quality of the housing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a range of surveys, including planned maintenance, reactive repairs, void inspections, and assessments for damp, mould, and condensation.
  • Develop a comprehensive schedule of works based on your assessments.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and local authorities, to ensure that identified issues are rectified to the necessary standards.

Experience: Previous experience in a Social Housing or Local Authority setting, particularly with residential properties, is highly desirable.
