We are seeking an ambitious lawyer to join our team as a Senior Property Lawyer. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a varied caseload and contribute to the growth of our legal team.

The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and supportive team of lawyers, providing a wide range of legal advice and support in relation to commercial property matters. Responsibilities include management of half the Property team, comprising one Lawyer, one Senior Legal Officer, one Trainee Lawyer and one Paralegal.

The role offers the opportunity to work on disposals, large scale residential developments and a range of interesting redevelopment projects. Key duties will include sales and purchases, leasehold disposals, compulsory purchase orders, commercial landlord and tenant work, development/regeneration work, leases and licences, estate management work, and advising and assisting partner councils on both commercial and residential property matters.
