This 9-12 month contract offers a unique opportunity to work on a complex group consolidation project, managing the financial consolidation of group entities and ensuring compliance with IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the consolidation process for the group, including preparing group financial statements and ensuring compliance with IFRS.
  • Assist in the preparation of the year-end and half-year consolidated financial statements.
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
  • Manage corporate tax matters, working closely with the CFO and external advisors to ensure compliance across the group.
  • Maintain and enhance the consolidation model, ensuring accuracy and completeness of journal entries across the group.
  • Prepare and monitor group cash flow forecasts, ensuring efficient cash management across all entities.
  • Support the preparation of interim financial statements and group reports.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong background in group consolidation and IFRS.
  • Experience in a PLC or AIM-listed environment is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in Audit would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage complex consolidations involving overseas entities.
  • Strong understanding of corporate tax and group cash flow management.
