About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical engineering solutions for building services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver electrical design projects from start to finish, developing designs within the built environment.
  • Produce electrical designs and drawings for a wide range of projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Carry out site surveys and inspect existing installations to inform design decisions.
  • Attend and participate in external and internal meetings to collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Hold an ONC/HNC in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Have knowledge of industry regulations and mechanical designs, with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Relux, and other design software.
