Position Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations at a distribution facility. This role entails managing site activities, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Updating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
2. Coordinating project handovers and approvals
3. Enhancing and refining existing operational procedures

5. Monitoring progress against the construction schedule
6. Preparing essential site documentation, including work orders and purchase orders
7. Ensuring the successful completion and handover of project sections
8. Upholding quality standards through the implementation of inspection and testing plans.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

- SMSTS certification
- First Aid certification
- Asbestos Awareness training
- Fire Marshal certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
