Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subcontractors during scheduled maintenance activities
- Conduct risk assessments for equipment maintenance tasks and ensure they are current and valid
- Engage in audits of Mechanical and Electrical facilities

Qualifications:
- Recognized qualifications in electrical or mechanical trades
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (Scada / Trend)
- Proficient in interpreting P&ID's and electrical schematics
