Position Overview:
An Architectural Associate is sought to contribute to a prominent and innovative architectural firm specializing in a diverse range of projects, particularly within the Education sector. This role involves taking a pivotal position within the studio and managing various exciting projects.

Team Dynamics:
The Education sector team is led by a highly skilled individual seeking managerial support to focus on business development and related responsibilities. This role presents an opportunity for advancement to a Senior Associate or Associate Director position in a relatively short timeframe.

Location:

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- ARB/RIBA Qualification
- A minimum of 8 years of practical experience, preferably with a UK-based practice or developer
- Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD software
- Proven experience in a senior role, including job management, mentoring junior colleagues, leading meetings, and presenting to clients and stakeholders
- Previous involvement in the Education sector is advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

Communication Skills:
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.

Compensation:
A competitive salary range of £48,000-£55,000 is offered for suitable candidates, with opportunities for negotiation for more experienced professionals. The firm also provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages available in the northern region of England.
