Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide exceptional customer service
  • Learn to use our CRM system to upload applications, complete reference checks, and manage candidate information
  • Design and distribute marketing materials using Canva and Outlook
  • Contribute to our social media presence on Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage timesheets and payroll using Microsoft 365
  • Select and contact candidates using our CRM system
  • Answer phone calls, take detailed notes, and log client information

Required skills:

  • Excellent computer skills, which will be enhanced through your apprenticeship training
  • Take pride in your work and enjoy being organized
  • Be able to communicate effectively with different people and build relationships
  • Think critically and enjoy solving problems

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of £18,000 per annum, with regular reviews based on performance
  • Opportunity to progress to a salary of up to £25,000 per annum after successful completion of your apprenticeship
