Culinary Specialist

Loughborough University – Burleigh Court Hotel

Position: Full-time (minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week), 5 days out of 7. Combination of early and late shifts.

Hourly compensation: £

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for culinary arts and have prior experience in a high-volume kitchen setting. Responsibilities include preparing meals for both lunch and dinner services, catering for events, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our patrons in the dining area, while adhering to food safety regulations at all times.

Strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with both colleagues and guests, and the ability to collaborate as part of a cohesive team. A Level 2 food hygiene certification is preferred.
