Gold Notting Hill is a vibrant neighbourhood restaurant and late-night bar located in the heart of Portobello Road. Our mission is to provide an exceptional dining and drinking experience, with a focus on generous, seasonal plates cooked in wood ovens and served to share.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring seamless table management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our guests and regulars, tailoring their experience to meet their needs
  • Provide a warm welcome and greeting to all guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience
  • Manage reservations, enquiries, and confirmation calls with ease and efficiency
  • Allocate reservations and run the book and waiting list with precision
  • Communicate table turnovers and out-by times to ensure a smooth service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve best-in-class service standards
