Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients into our offerings.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in our kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with a passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality in the kitchen.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
