Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on HR policies, processes, and people management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with HR's Center of Excellence to drive large-scale HR initiatives and ensure consistency across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform business decisions.
