As a SQL API Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team addressing software challenges reported by clients through a ticketing system. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex, second-line issues that have been escalated from the first-line support team. You will leverage your advanced SQL expertise and analytical skills to troubleshoot problems effectively and assist in elevating the SQL capabilities of first-line engineers.

Work Environment:

The position includes a remote interview and onboarding process, allowing you to work primarily from home while collaborating with your team in monthly meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar Application Support or Technical Support capacity
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including knowledge of CTEs and Temporary Tables
  • Familiarity with API functionalities
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems for issue tracking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
