We are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain Operations.
Compensation: £38,039 (including a 12.5% shift allowance)
Work Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts of early and late.
Key Responsibilities
As a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will adhere to the planned maintenance schedule to ensure that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained to a high standard. Your role will involve minimizing downtime through both planned and reactive maintenance by analyzing significant breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to prevent future machinery or process issues.
What We Value
We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to machine maintenance, holding an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical engineering, and possessing hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting. A positive attitude that enhances the dynamics of the Maintenance team is essential.
Our shifts operate on a weekly rolling basis, with early shifts from 6am to 2pm and late shifts from 2pm to 10pm, and there are opportunities for overtime.
