Examination Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Examination Supervisor to join our team at Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy. As an Examination Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of examinations, providing a calm and supportive environment for candidates, and adhering to guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise examinations and maintain a calm environment for candidates
  • Set up examination rooms according to instructions
  • Be aware of candidates' needs and ensure their comfort during examinations
  • Prevent unauthorized items from entering examination rooms
  • Ensure candidates follow examination regulations and remain vigilant at all times
  • Inform candidates of any important information or notices
  • Ensure candidates are seated according to the seating plan
  • Provide candidates with the correct examination materials
  • Record attendance and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure a quiet and disruption-free environment during examinations
  • Collect and supervise answer scripts, and pass them to the Data and Examinations Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality and security at all times
  • Report any concerns or issues to the Data and Examinations Manager
