We are seeking caring individuals to provide personalized support to our community members as a Community Care Worker.

• Assist with personal care tasks with dignity and respect, promoting independence.
• Support clients with medication management and administration.
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Provide assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Engage in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.

• 7 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 10 pm.
