Facility Investment:
We are investing significantly in our facilities, including upgrades to equipment and ongoing projects related to our Anaerobic Digestion plant, which will be the largest of its kind in Europe upon completion.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Inspect and service various components including pumps, valves, and feed systems
- Monitor and optimize the anaerobic digestion process using advanced control systems
- Adjust operational controls to manage flow rates, temperatures, and mixing processes
- Collect and analyze data related to biogas production and quality
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing or process environments
- Desirable experience with effluent treatment or anaerobic digestion systems
- Apprenticeship training with NVQ or CITB Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline
- Proficiency in computer systems including SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, and HMI systems
- Time-served experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing setting
