Key Responsibilities:
- Deep clean the kitchen, including equipment and surfaces, to ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, and stoves, to ensure they are in good working order.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with food preparation and storage, as needed.
