In this position, you will play a vital role within the team, collaborating closely with the Financial Controller and other Finance Managers throughout the organization.

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including oversight of the transactional functions such as Accounts Payable and Receivable, month-end processes, management reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, balance sheets, monthly reconciliations, repayments, and accruals
  • Budgeting and cash flow management, including forecasting and budget oversight
  • Management of credit control procedures
  • Processing payroll
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and daily banking activities
  • Managing fixed assets
  • Reviewing and enhancing processes and procedures
  • Supervising one team member who assists with transactional tasks

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing monthly management accounts
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid work ethic
  • A desire to be an integral part of the team and a collaborative team player
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
