Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Specialist to join our Financial Institutions Credit team at Bank of America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing credit risk for large corporate and financial institution clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global teams to drive revenue growth while maintaining appropriate risk discipline.
  • Manage and monitor credit, market, and operational risks related to the corporate portfolio.
  • Structure, underwrite, and document credit facilities to meet client and investor needs.
  • Perform financial and credit analysis, risk rating analysis, and due diligence on industry and company factors.
  • Research, write, and present financial and industry analyses to support company-specific and portfolio-level decisions.
Requirements
  • Relevant prior experience in financial services, preferably in credit risk management.
  • Risk judgment and broader risk awareness, with the ability to defend a fact-based point of view.
  • Commercial mindset to support value-added discussions within GCIB Credit and Relationship Managers.
  • Strong team player and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
