Accounts Payable and Inventory Coordinator
Temporary to Permanent Position
Compensation: £12.44 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the accounts payable ledger
- Process purchase invoices with precision
- Communicate with suppliers to address invoice discrepancies
- Ensure sufficient stock levels of materials and supplies across multiple locations
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records, providing reports to management as necessary
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and to generate reports for stakeholders
- Issue purchase orders for necessary supplies
- Perform general administrative and office tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum education level: A level or equivalent
